a brick strip mall located on the north side of 107
Avenue.
Access via 104 Avenue if north or south bound on 149 Street. Access via 151 street if west or east bound on 107 Avenue. Unlimited free parking is available adjacent to the clinic. |

Clinic is at street level with a
wheelchair accessible
washroom. Wheel- chair accessible curb is also available within ten feet of the clinics main door.
